These terms govern use of https://www.omniashop.es/ and purchases from OMNIA, a pet grooming and care accessories store operated in Spain by Álvaro Morales Murillo. Contact: homniashopify@gmail.com. Seller identification is provided in our Legal Notice.

Ordering and acceptance

Check product descriptions, variants, quantities, addresses, and the order total before placing an order. An order confirmation is sent to your email. We may cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including payment failure, suspected fraud, or inability to supply the product, subject to applicable law. If we cannot fulfill an accepted paid order, we will provide the remedy required by law, including a refund where appropriate.

Products and safety

We strive for accurate product descriptions. Follow product-specific instructions and warnings. For grooming tools, avoid irritated or injured skin, use gentle pressure, and discontinue use if your pet shows distress. Consult a veterinarian or professional groomer if uncertain about suitability. These instructions do not limit your legal rights if goods are defective or misdescribed.

Prices and payment

U.S. market prices generally appear in USD. Applicable taxes and any delivery charges collected at checkout are shown before purchase. Payment is processed by supported payment providers. Your bank may separately apply exchange fees.

Delivery

Eligible U.S. orders receive free standard shipping. Estimated transit is 6–12 business days after dispatch, excluding processing. See our Shipping Policy for details. Mandatory rights regarding delivery delays are unaffected.

Returns and refunds

OMNIA offers a voluntary 30-day return-request period for eligible purchases. Change-of-mind return shipping is ordinarily paid by the customer when a return is required, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Contact us for instructions before shipping any item. Products that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect are handled separately under applicable consumer laws. A refund without return is not automatically available for every voluntary request. Website and intellectual property

Do not misuse our website or infringe intellectual property rights. Our original branding and content, and third-party rights, are protected under applicable law. We make reasonable efforts to maintain site availability but temporary interruptions may occur.

Privacy

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable Spanish law without depriving consumers of non-waivable rights under laws that apply to their purchases or place of residence. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first to seek an amicable resolution; legally available dispute remedies remain available.
